On this page, you'll find my dissertation, and several papers I wrote for classes during my doctoral program at the University of Illinois at Springfield (formerly known as Sangamon State University.) My dissertation tested the Public Service Motivation hypothesis, and there are two other papers based on that research, which I presented at a conference are also included.
There are a couple of papers dealing with k-12 science and technology education policy, including an assessment of the Illinois Math and Science Academy.
There are also papers dealing with low-level radioactive waste policy.
